[Nagao Factory] Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") establish the conditions for using the landing page (hereinafter referred to as the "Landing Page") provided by Nagao Factory (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

All visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Landing Page in accordance with this Agreement.

Article 1 (Application)

This Agreement shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Landing Page between the User and the Company.

Article 2 (Agreement to the Terms)

Users must use the Landing Page in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. By accessing and using the Landing Page, Users are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement.

Article 3 (Collection and Use of Information)

The Company may collect personal information, such as email addresses, provided by Users through the Landing Page. This information may be used for sending mail magazines and other communications related to the Company's services and products. Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Landing Page:

Acts that violate laws or public morals

Acts related to criminal activities

Acts that interfere with the function of the Company's servers or network

Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Landing Page

Acts of collecting or storing personal information of other users without consent

Acts of impersonating other users

Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Landing Page without prior notice to the User if any of the following reasons apply:

When conducting maintenance or updating of the computer system for the Landing Page

When the provision of the Landing Page becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters

When the computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident

When the Company determines that the provision of the Landing Page is difficult for any other reason

The Company shall not be responsible for any damages or disadvantages incurred by Users or third parties caused by the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Landing Page.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Deletion of Registration)

The Company may, without prior notice, restrict Users from using all or part of the Landing Page, or delete their information, in the following cases:

When a User violates any provision of these Terms

When it is discovered that the information provided contains false facts

When the Company determines that the use of the Landing Page is inappropriate for any other reason

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of its actions taken pursuant to this Article.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other Users or third parties in connection with the Landing Page. The Landing Page is provided to Users "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Landing Page, and does not warrant that the content of the Landing Page or any information displayed in the Landing Page infringes the rights of any third party.

Article 8 (Change of Service Content)

The Company may change the content of the Landing Page or discontinue the provision of the Landing Page without notifying Users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.

Article 9 (Change of Terms of Use)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying Users if it deems it necessary.

Article 10 (Notification or Contact)

Notifications or communications between Users and the Company shall be made in the manner specified by the Company.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Users shall not assign, transfer, or pledge their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.

Article 12 (Privacy)

The Company shall handle the privacy and personal information of Users in an appropriate manner in accordance with the "Nagao Factory Privacy Policy."

Article 13 (Damages)

If the Company suffers damages due to reasons attributable to the User's responsibility regarding the use of the Landing Page or these Terms, the User shall compensate the Company for such damages.

Article 14 (Separation)

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain unaffected by such provision and shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the Landing Page, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
